Quill is a personal email assistant. This page explains what information Quill uses and how it is protected.
What Quill accesses
When you connect your Gmail account, Quill can read your messages and labels so it can summarize, search, and organize your email at your request. When you link WhatsApp, Quill can read your incoming messages, including transcribing voice notes you ask it to listen to. When you connect Google Calendar, Quill can see your events and, at your request, add events or answer invites. Quill only sends, archives, or deletes messages when you explicitly ask it to.
What Quill stores
Quill stores your account details, the preferences and rules you give it, your past briefings, a saved history of your WhatsApp messages (including transcripts of voice notes), and secure connections to your Gmail, WhatsApp, and Google Calendar. Your data is private to your account and is never visible to other users.
What Quill never does
Quill does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it with anyone. Email content is processed only to answer your requests. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting and deleting
You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Quill's connections panel, or from your Google Account's security settings. To delete your Quill account and data, contact us below.
